Please note that it is advisable to check the apartments availability by contacting us.
- Arrival and Departure:
Change over day is Saturday, the apartment will be available after 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure.
- Amenities:
The use of the accommodation and amenities are entirely at the hirer’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for the loss or damage to person or personal belongings.
No responsibility can be accepted for damage to, or loss of, any vehicle or it’s contents.
- Hirer's responsibility:
The Hirer is responsible for the Apartment and is expected to take all reasonable care of it.
All utensils, equipment etc must be left clean and the Apartment clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
- Damage:
All damages and breakage’s are the responsibility of the hirer and must be reported and paid for.
- Payment:
The rental charge is due four weeks prior to the beginning of your holiday. If a booking is cancelled fourteen days, or less, before the first day of the rental period the balance will not be refunded. Details for making the payment will be provided. The keys for the apartment will be given to you by my contact in the village.
The General Information will be sent to you several days before your arrival in Castellar.
- Refund:
The security deposit of £125 will be refunded to the hirer within 3 weeks of the end of the rental period. Please supply bank details to return the Security Deposit (in either sterling or Euros).
This is on the condition that the apartment was left clean and tidy and there was no damage to the equipment and furnishing, and the keys have been returned.
